Cider and Perry Last years Cider and Perry bar was a huge success and this year the number will be increased to nearer 50. All the ciders we will have are made from pure apple juice (mainly from specialist cider varieties of apple) and the perry is made from pure perry pear juice. When pear juice is fermented the drink produced is called perry, not pear cider. |
